HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04211987 - 1.28 o , A-b THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on April 21, 1987, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson & McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None SUBJECT: Right of Way Acquisition Project No. 7520-6B8636 San Ramon Creek Bypass Walnut Creek Area The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District ORDERS THAT the following Right of Way Contract is APPROVED, and the following Temporary Construction Easement is ACCEPTED: Grantor Document Date Payee Amount Walnut Creek Right of Way 4-21-87 Walnut Creek $5, 000 Properties Contract Properties Temporary 2-25-87 Construction Easement Payment is for sub-surface property rights needed for construction of the flood control channel. The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue a check to the payee in the amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said Temporary Construction Easement recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
