HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04211987 - 1.22 01, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on April 21 , 1987 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson & McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Completely Close Various Streets in the North Richmond Area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to the Southern Pacific Transportation Company to completely close Parr Boulevard , Brookside Drive , Market Avenue and Chesley Avenue at the Southern Pacific Railroad crossings for one day periods between 8 : 00 a.m. and 4 : 00 p .m. for the period of April 22 , 1987 through September 30 , 1987 for the purpose of replacing the crossings subject to the following conditions : 1 . Only one crossing shall be closed at a time . 2 . Traffic will be detoured via neighborhood streets . 3 . All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual Traffic Controls . A signing plan is required for each crossing. 4 . The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 5 . Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500 , 000 for Comprehensive General Publ is Liability which names the County as an additional insured .
