SUBJECT: Amendment to Lease - 401 Escobar Street, Martinez (U00136) �' 11�
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) a BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General Servic-
es to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, an Amendment to Lease
with Lippow Development Company, Jerry Kramer, and
James D. and Diane Y. Martin, his wife, as Trustee, all being
a partnership in interest, for the premises at 401 Escobar
Street, Martinez, for occupancy by the Sheriff-Evidence
Storage, under the terms and conditions more particularly set
forth in said Amendment to Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the General Services Department.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide a one-year
extension of the lease term.
