RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation
District, RESOLVES THAT:
It intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the
acquisition by eminent domain of real property in the Concord
area, for a flood control channel, a public improvement, which
property is more particularly described in Appendix "A" attached
hereto.
This Board will meet on Tuesday, March 31, 1987, at
10: 30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration
Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to hear those
persons whose property is to be acquired and whose names and
addresses appear on the last equalized County assessment roll,
and to consider the adoption of the Resolution. The Contra Costa
County Real Property Division is DIRECTED to send the following
notice to each such person by first-class mail:
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
The Board of Supervisors as the Governing of Contra
Costa County declares its intention to adopt a Resolution of
Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of real property
in the Concord area, for flood control bypass channel, a public
improvement, which property is more particularly described in
Appendix "A" attached hereto. The Board will meet on Tuesday
March 31, 1987 , at 10: 30 a.m. in the Board' s Chambers at 651 Pine
Street, Martinez, California, to consider the adoption of the
Resolution. Each person whose property is to be acquired and
whose name and address appears on the last equalized County
assessment roll has the right to appear at such hearing and be
heard on:
1. Whether the public interest and necessity require
the project; and
2 . Whether the project is planned and located in the
manner that will be most compatible with the
greatest public good and the least private
injury; and

3 . Whether the property sought to be acquired is .
necessary for the project; and
4. Whether the offer of just compensation required
by Section 7267.2 of the Government Code has been
made to the owner of record.

Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, described as
follows:
Beginning on the southeasterly line of said Ng parcel (9022 O.R. 640) at the
southwesterly line of San Miguel Road as shown on the map entitled
"Subdivision 5309 San Miguel Estates" filed October 1, 1980 in Book 246 of
Maps at page 16; thence from said point of beginning along said south-
easterly line south 55° 58' 48" west (record south 56° 27' 30" west) 77.00
feet; thence leaving said line, north 34° 01' 12" west 45.36 feet; thence

the southwesterly line of San Miguel Road as shown on the map entitled
"Subdivision 5309 San Miguel Estates" filed October 1, 1980 in Book 246 of
Maps at page 16; thence from said point of beginnin°q along said north-
westerly line, south 55° 58' 48" west (record south 56 27' 30" west) 58.00
feet; thence leaving said line, south 34° 01' 12" east 36.00 feet; thence
north 55° 58' 48" east 55.58 feet to the said southwesterly line of San

O.R. 349) at the northeasterly line of San Miguel Road; thence leaving said
point of beginning along the southeasterly line of said parcel north 50 42'
26" east 27.80 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line north 650 31'
59" west, 46.48 feet to the northeasterly line of San Miguel Road; thence
along said line south 290 25' 34" east, 42.32 feet (the bearing 290 25' 34"
east used for purposes of this description) to the point of beginning for
the herein described parcel of land.
