Station Area Redevelopment Project. It is the intent of the Redevelopment Agency to enter into a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with Taylor Woodrow of California, as the designated developers of Specific Plan Development Area 1OB in the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area. Redevelopment Project. The purpose of the DDA is to provide for: 1. The conveyance of Redevelopment Agency, owned property to the developer to complete the assembly of Area 10B. 2.- The conveyance of developer owned property to the Agency for realignment of Oak Road, Wayne Drive, and Treat Boulevard. 3. The orderly development of Area 1OB in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan. In accordance with California. Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33433) the Agency has prepared a Summary Report on the DDA: the Summary Report and the DDA have been made available for public inspection; and, the Agency and Board of Supervisors have held a duly noticed public hearing to consider the DDA. The DDA is in the best interest of the County and the Agency, and is necessary for implementation of the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Redevelopment Plan. The Board of Supervisors finds that the purchase price of property interest to be conveyed to Taylor• Woodrow of California pursuant to the DDA is not less than the fair market value of .such interest determined at the highest and best use permitted under the Redevelopment Plan. Therefore the Board of Sueprvisors hereby resolves: That certain Disposition and Development Agreement . (Agency Contract No. RA 87-1) between the Redevelopment Agency and Taylor Woodrow of California on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors -affecting Specific. Plan Development Area 10B in the Pleasant Hill BART ,Station Area Redevelopment Project is hereby approved. The Executive Director or his designee is authorized to execdte. the DDA in. substantially the form approved by the Agency and the Board of Supervisors, and such other documents as may be reasonably necessary to carry out its terms and provisions. hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy Of an action taken and erterod on the minutes of the Redevelopmont Agency on the date shown.
