ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 87/165 ,
SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement
for Subdivision MS 5-85 , Antioch Area.
The following documents were presented for Board approval
this date :
The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 5-85, property located in
the Antioch area, said map having been certified by the proper
officials ;
A Subdivision Agreement with Bridgehead Center Partnership ,
subdivider , whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all
improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one
year from the date of said agreement;
Said documents were accompanied by:
I . Security to guarantee the completion of road and
drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the
County Ordinance Code, as follows :
A . Cash deposit (Auditor ' s Deposit Permit No . 121354
dated March 13 , 1987 ) in the amount of $1 ,000 made
by Bridgehead Center Partnership .
B . Additional security in the form of a letter of
credit dated February 26, 1987 , issued by Concord
Commercial Bank ( Letter of Credit No . 010002-3)
with Bridgehead Center Partnership as principal ,
in the amount of $70 , 300 for faithful performance
and $35 , 650 for labor and materials .
II . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the
property included in said map and that the 1986-87 tax
lien has been paid in full and the 1987-88 tax lien ,
which became a lien on the first day of March , 1987 , is
estimated to be $10 ,500;
III . Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required
by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code , in the form of
a cash deposit ( Auditor ' s Deposit Permit No . 121195
dated March 10 , 1987 ) made by Bridgehead Center
Partnership in the amount of $10 ,500 guaranteeing the
payment of the estimated tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision , together
with the provisions for its design and improvement , is DETERMINED
to be consistent with the County' s general and specific plans ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and
this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any
of the streets , paths , or easements shown thereon as dedicated to
public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is
also APPROVED.

SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along
Bridgehead Road and State Highway 4 for Subdivision MS
5-85 , Antioch Area. Assessor ' s Parcel No . 051-052-054
and 051-052-055 .
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be
authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with
Bridgehead Center Partnership , as required by the Conditions of
Approval for Subdivision MS 5-85 . This agreement would permit
the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along
Bridgehead Road and State Highway 4 in the Antioch area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of
the Public Works Director is APPROVED.

SUBJECT: Approval of a Substitute Subdivision Agreement ,
Subdivision 6549 , Blackhawk Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval
this date :
A substitute Subdivision Agreement with Lincoln Point ,
subdivider , whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all
improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one
year from the date of said agreement;
Said document was accompanied by the following :
Security to guarantee the road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code,
as follows :
a. Cash deposit (Auditor ' s Deposit Permit No . 121497 ,
dated March 17 , 1987 ) in the amount of $2 , 650 ,
made by 932 Lincoln Property Company.
b . Additional security in the form of a corporate
surety bond dated February 17 , 1987 , and issued by
United Pacific Insurance Company (Bond No.U683615)
with Lincoln Point as principal , in the amount of
$262 , 350 for faithful performance and $132 , 500 for
labor and materials .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said substitute
Subdivision Agreement is APPROVED.

of certain improvements in Subdivision MS 76-79 , E1 Sobrante
area, through April 5, 1988;
