C. SS 56000-57550) . This proposal is for an uninhabited annexation of the subject territory to County Service Area L-100 and the purpose of the proposed change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto. The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that: The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A. The affected territory will be taxed for any. existing bonded indebtedness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the subject territory. Portion of Rancho Las Juntas, in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east boundary line of Curry Tract as recorded in Book 47 of Deeds, Page 38, March 16, 1885, said point being on the existing boundary of County Service Area L-100 and bearing South 26038105" West, 429.37 feet from the southern right of way line of Interstate Freeway 680; thence along said CSA L-100 boundary North 26038105" East 429.37 feet to the southern right of way line of Interstate 680; thence leaving CSA L-100 boundary along said southern line of Interstate 680, South 36040150" East, 141.37 feet; South 49027144" East, 304.14 feet; South 40000100" East, 200.0 feet; South 63006101" West, 265.0 feet; thence leaving said right of way line North 63021155" West, 447.37 feet to the point of beginning.
