HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06031986 - T.7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 3, 1986 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson, Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT: Hearing on recommendation of the Contra Costa County Planning Commission with respect to rezoning. application 2667-RZ filed by Loretta T. & Stephen D. Huahn to rezone land in the Rodeo area. This being the time set for hearing on the recommendation of the County Planning Commission with respect to rezoning applica- tion 2667-RZ filed by Loretta T. & Stephen D. Huahn (applicants and owners) to rezone approximately a 15 ,820 square foot parcel of land from Multiple Family Residential District (M-29) to Two Family Residential District (D-1 ) in the Rodeo area; Harvey Bragdon, Acting Director of Community Development, described the property site and advised that a Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance was issued for the project. The Chairman opened the public hearing. No one appeared in opposition. The public hearing was closed. The Board considered the matter. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that rezoning application 2667-RZ is APPROVED as recommended by the Contra Costa County Planning Commission and the Board hereby adopts the Planning Commission' s reasons as set forth in its Resolution No. 21-1986 as its determinations for this decision. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ordinance No. 86-44 giving effect to the aforesaid rezoning is INTRODUCED, reading waived and June 17 , 1986 is set for adoption of same.
