THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on June 3, 1986 by the following vote:

SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along Marsh Creek Road
for Subdivision MS 64-82, Clayton Area. Assessor 's Parcel
No. 078-260-029.
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized
to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Alvin Joseph Joaquin,
John Maurice Joaquin, Rosemary Joaquin and Virginia L. Foust, as required
by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 64-82. This agreement
would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along
Marsh Creek Road which is located east of Russelman Park Road in the
Clayton area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED.

RESOLUTION NO. 8 6/2 8 9
SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map, Subdivision MS 64-82, Clayton Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date:
The Parcel Map of Subdivision 64-82, property located in the Clayton
area, said map having been certified by the proper officials;
Said document was accompanied by:
I. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no
unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included
in said map and that the 1985-86 tax lien has been paid in full
and that the 1986-87 tax lien, which became a lien on the first
.day of March, 1986, is estimated to be $7,700:
II. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title
9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a cash deposit,
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 108742, dated May 21, 1986) made
by Virginia Foust in the amount of $7,700 guaranteeing the
q payment of the estimated tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the
provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent
with the County's general and specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this
Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets,
paths or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
