The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa resolves:
The Board of Supervisors declares its . intention to levy and collect
assessments within Assessment District No. 1981-5 (LL-5) , Bishop Ranch,
San Ramon area, Contra Costa County, California, Zone I (Canyon View) for
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1986 and ending June 30, 1987.
The improvements to be maintained in the year beginning July 1, 1986
and ending June 30, 1987, are described as follows:
The improvement to be funded through Assessment District
No. 1981-5 (LL-5) , Bishop Ranch, San Ramon area, Contra Costa
County, California, consists entirely of the maintenance of
landscaping with all appurtenances.
Maintenance of street landscaping will include all landscaping,
irrigation, ground cover, waterscape, walls and/or fences, median
islands and related improvements, exclusive of asphalt paving,
concrete curb, gutter and sidewalks within the public
rights of way, and appurtenant adjacent parcels along the
following streets:
a. Zone 1 (Parcel Nos. 213-040-058 and 213-040-060)
Alcosta Boulevard (northeasterly side approximately
4,200 lineal feet including median island) from
Bollinger Canyon Road to the southerly boundary of
project;
Bollinger Canyon Road (both sides approximately 2,700
lineal feet including median islands) and adjacent
landscaped slopes including waterscape at
Bollinger/Alcosta intersection and the sound barrier
wall , berm and appurtenant landscaping adjacent to the
northerly right of way of Bollinger Canyon Road.
J. Michael Walford, Director of Public Works, has filed with the
Clerk of the Board the Annual Report required by the Landscaping and
Lighting Act of 1972. This report contains a full and detailed description
of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessment district, and the
proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the
assessment district. The report has been approved by the Board of
Supervisors and is open to public inspection.
RESOLUTION NO. 86/298
At 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 1986 in the Chambers of the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, Administration Building, 651
Pine Street, Martinez, California 94553, the Board of Supervisors will
conduct a public hearing on the proposed. assessments. Any interested
person, prior to the conclusion of the hearing, may file a written protest
with the Clerk of the Board. A written protest shall state all grounds or
objections. A protest by a property owner shall contain a description
sufficient to identify the property owned by him.
The Clerk of the Board shall provide Notice of Hearing by publication
of this Resolution at least ten days prior to hearing date (S & H Sec. 22626
& Sec. 22553) :
