HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06031986 - 1.15 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 3, 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Require Relocation of Pipeline Due to Reconstruction of Laurel Road, Oakley Area. The Public Works Director having reported that a Condition of Approval of Subdivision 6580 requires the reconstruction of Laurel Road and that the subdivider proposes to complete all reconstruction work by September, 1986 and a portion of a Shell Oil Company Pipeline and Western Continental Pipeline lying within the area of reconstruction will have to be relocated or lowered prior to the subdivider beginning work. The Public Works Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors notifies and directs Shell Oil Company and Western Continental Pipelines to relocate or lower their pipeline by June 30, 1986 in accordance with Franchise .Ordinance No. 1827. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Di rector is APPROVED and Shell Oil Company and Western Continental Pipelines are DIRECTED to relocate their pipeline by June 30, 1986, pursuant to the provisions in Franchise Ordinance No. 1827. 1 hereby certify tharthis is a true and correct copy of on action taken and entered on the minutes of'the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
