Annexation to CSA L-42 ) RESOLUTION No. 86/363
(LAFC 86-12) )
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov.C. Sections 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for annexation of the subject territory to
CSA L-42 in order to allow efficient provision of lighting service
to the territory.
The subject territory is legally uninhabited and the Local
Agency Formation Commission has authorized this Board to conduct
proceedings without notice and hearing.
The terms and conditions for this change of organization, as
specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that the
boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of CSA L-42. The regular county assessment roll will
be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the subject
territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this change of
organization, subject to the terms and conditions aforestated.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of
a resolution entered on the minutes of said Board"of Supervisors on the date
aforesaid.

Beginning in the center line of the State Highway leading from Alamo to Danville
at the most Westerly corner of the parcel of land described in the Deed from J.
M. Stow, et al , to William H. Kelly, dated May 28, 1917 and recorded June 22,
1917 in Book 295 of Deeds, at Page 179; thence from said point of beginning
South 38°29'54" East, along said center line, 366.26 feet to the exterior line
of the parcel of land described in the Deed from Mary A. Kelly to D. D. Maurer,
dated November 10, 1941 and recorded November 24, 1941 in Book 636 of Official
Records, at Page 350; thence along said exterior line, as follows: North
51035'47" East 350.07 feet; North 25021147" East, 56.48 feet; North 51°35'47"
East, 60 feet, North 8033'43" West, 132.21 feet; North 78111'47" East, 72.14
feet; North 30°18'11" West, 84.76 feet; North 49°05'11" West, 84.83 feet; North
72017'37" West, 109.41 feet to the northwest line of said Kelly parcel (295 D
179); thence South 51041'06" West, along said northwest line, 526.83 feet to the
point of beginning.
