No. 1980-3 (Camino Tassajara) and Setting a Public Hearing Thereon.
NOTICE OF MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
(Parcels 14A-345, and 14A-340)
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Its Resolution of Intention No. 80/821, on July 22, 1980, provided for the
establishment of the above noted Assessment District, and pursuant thereto an assessment
and diagram were made and filed with the County Clerk and confirmed by this Board and
recorded in the office of the Public Works Director of this County (Road Commissioner-
Surveyor) . The above noted parcels of land in this District upon which there are
unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond
Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment.
The Public Works Director, pursuant to an Order of this Board, has prepared
and filed with the County Clerk, County Administration Building, Martinez, three
copies of a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so
divided. The report and amended assessment provides that the unpaid installments
of said original assessments were segregated and apportioned in accordance with
the benefits of the several parts of each original lot or parcel and the total amount
of the assessment, of the several parts of each original lot or parcel is equal to the
unpaid assessment, upon said original lot or parcel of land, plus the fees for making
the amended assessment, notices, and amended assessment diagram as said fees were
approved by the Board.
Further, the! Public Works Director has notified the owner of the original parcel
assessed as the name of the owner appeared on the last equalized roll for taxes (or
was known to the Public Works Director) of the order of the Board fixing the costs and
fees of the apportionment; and directing that the payment thereof be made to the
Public Works Director within 15 days of notification. More than 15 days have passed
since the notification, and the Public Works Director has not been paid the amount of
the fees of the proposed apportionment. Therefore, the Public Works Director has
apportioned the fees to the respective parcels in proportion to the amount of the
divided assessments against the parcels.
At 10:30 AM on Tuesday, July 22, 1986, in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors,
County Administration Building, Martinez, California, the Board will conduct a public
hearing upon the report and amended assessment and shall confirm or modify it. At the
hearing all persons interested in the original assessment, or the land affected
thereby or in possession of the bonds secured thereby, may appear and protest against
the amended assessment.
The Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish a Notice of the Hearing, pursuant
to Government Code ss. 6066 twice in the Contra Costa Times , a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the county. The first publication of
this notice shall be complete at least 15 days prior to the hearing date.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
(Parcels 17 through 24)
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Its Resolution of Intention No. 83/1207, on November 29, 1983, provided for the
establishment of the above noted Assessment District, and pursuant thereto an assessment
and diagram were made and filed with the County Clerk and confirmed by this Board and
recorded in the office of the Public Works Director of this County (Road Commiss-
ioner-Surveyor) . The above noted parcels of land in this District upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement
Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original
parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment.
The Public Works Director, pursuant to an Order of this Board, has prepared and
filed with the County Clerk, County Administration Building, Martinez, three copies of
a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided. The
report and amended assessment provides that the unpaid installments of said original
assessments were segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits of the
several parts of each original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessment
of the several parts of each original lot or parcel is equal to the unpaid assessments
upon the said original lot or parcel of land. The Public Works Director has recommended
that no costs or fees of making this apportionment be levied or collected pursuant to
Streets and Highways Code Section 8730 and Resolution No. 81/1349.
Further, the Public Works Director has notified the owner of the original parcel
assessed of the order of the Board fixing the costs and fees of the apportionment.
The owners name was obtained from the last equalized roll for taxes (or was known to
the Public Works Director).
At 10:30 AM on Tuesday, July 22, 1986, in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors,
County Administration Building, Martinez, California, the Board will conduct a public
hearing upon the report and amended assessment and shall confirm or modify it. At the
hearing all persons interested in the original assessment, or the land affected
thereby or in possession of the bonds secured thereby, may appear and protest against
the amended assessment.

establishment of 'the above noted Assessment District, and pursuant thereto an assessment
and diagram were made and filed with the County Clerk and confirmed by this Board and
recorded in the office of the Public Works Director of this County (Road Commiss-
ioner-Surveyor) . The above noted parcels of land in this District upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond
