Section 1245.235) SUBJECT: Intention to Adopt Resolution of Necessity to Acquire Real Property by Eminent Domain Wildcat/San Pablo Creek Project Project No. 7527-6D8617 Richmond Area RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY The Board of Supervisors as the governing body of Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESOLVES THAT: It intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of real property in the Richmond area , for the construction of flood control improvements , a public improvement , which property is more particularly described in Appendix "A" attached hereto. This Board will meet on July 15, 1986, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers , County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to hear those persons whose property is to be acquired and whose names and addresses appear on the last equalized County assessment roll , and to consider the adoption of the Resolution.
