Falk Contract June I . Falk (Temporary 6-4-86 Construction Easement Payment is for 250 square feet of land and landscaping required for this project. George J. and Right of Way 6-24-86 George J. and $520.00 Barbara M. Dawson Contract Barbara M. Dawson Temporary 6-5-86 Construction Easement Payment is for 580 square feet of temporary construction area. The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the District. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue warrants to the payees in the amounts specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said Easements recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. 1 hereby certify than this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the mfnutes of the Board of Supervisors cn the date shown.
