This being the time set for hearing on the proposed ordi- nance for Transportation Systems Management in the Pleasant Hill BART Station area, which ordinance addresses mitigations recommended in the program EIR which was prepared for the Pleasant Hill BARTD Station Area General Plan, the Specific Plan and the Redevelopment Plan. Supervisor McPeak advised that the purpose is to codify conditions of development around Pleasant Hill BART Station. The Board noted that it had just received copies of the proposed Ordinance and desired the opportunity to review it.
