HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04291986 - T.7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA T.7 Adopted this Order on April 29, 1986 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson, Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT: Rezoning Application 2639-RZ, Development Plan 30 +6-85 and appeal of Sandmound Investors from Conditions of Approval on Sub 6610, Bethel Island area. The Board on April 1, 1986 deferred to this day its deci- sion on the recommendation of the County Planning Commission with respect to a request by Sandmound Investors (applicant and owner) 2639-RZ to rezone 35 acres from Water Recreational District (F-1) to Planned Unit District (P-1) , together with a Development Plan for 91 residential units, Development Plan 3046-85 , and on the appeal from the conditions of approval of Subdivision 6610 in the Bethel Island area. Supervisor Torlakson recommended advertising for a further public hearing on the above application, development plan and appeal from conditions. He stated that he had substantial new information and that questions had arisen at a meeting that deserved a presentation to the Board and a chance for the public to respond. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of Supervisor Torlakson is APPROVED and further public hearing on May 20, 1986 at 2:30 p.m. is FIXED.
