The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve-
ments in Subdivision 5406 have been completed as provid6d"`in the Subdivision
Agreement with David Metcalf and Kim Metcalf heretofore` approved by this
Board as a substitute subdivision agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lucy Lane widening and Saranao Avenue
widening, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Mao of
Subdivision 6406 filed April 27, 1984, in Book 27Q of Maps at page 1 ,
Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED
and DECLARED to be County Roads.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 77450, dated April q, 1984) made by D and M Development Company
and assigned to David Metcalf and Kim Metcalf be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
