SUBJECT: COST-OF-CARE RATES FOR
OUT-OF-COUNTY JUVENILES RESOLUTION NO. 86/2 13
IN C.C.C. FACILITIES

The Contra Costa County Board of. Supervisors RESOLVES that:
1. Pursuant.to recommendation by the County Probation Officer and
County Administrator, the rates charged other counties for residential care of
their juveniles at the Girls' Treatment Center and at Juvenile Hall are fixed
as follows, effective July 1., 1986:
Per Child Cost
Annual, Monthly Daily
Juvenile Hall $30,100 $2,508 $82
Girls' Treatment Center $26,318 $2,193 $72
2. The County Probation Officer is authorized to execute agreements
on behalf of Contra Costa County, requiring other counties to pay these rates.
