In the Matter of: )
Commending Lynn Judnich ) RESOLUTION NO. 86/157
for her Public Service. )
WHEREAS Councilmember Lynn Judnich is retiring after eight
years on the Hercules City Council; and
WHEREAS Lynn first moved to Hercules in September, 1976, and
in March, 1978 was elected to the first of her two terms to the
Hercules City Council; and
WHEREAS she served as Mayor in 1981-1982 and again in
1983-1984; and
WHEREAS during her tenure Councilmember Judnich served not
only the residents of her city, but all of the citizens of the
County through her service on the Council and numerous
committees, including the West Contra Costa Transit Authority
Board of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY that Lynn Judnich is COMMENDED for her
public service to all the citizens of this County while serving
on the Hercules City Council.
PASSED by unanimous vote of the Board Members present on
this 1st day of April, 1986.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct

Supervisors on the date aforesaid.
