SUBJECT: REVENUE LEASE - FRANCOIS BRAVO-FERRER, 2020 NORTH BROADWAY, SUITE 203A,
WALNUT CREEK
SPECIFIC REQUESTS(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a revenue Lease commencing January 1 , 1986, with
Francois Bravo-Ferrer for the premises at 2020 North Broadway, Suite 203A, Walnut
Creek, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Rents will be credited to the Miscellaneous Properties Budget.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provides a tenant for office space not
required for County use.
