HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03041986 - 1.9 N THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on March 4, 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful Performance, Subdivision MS 10-84, Pacheco Area. On February 5, 1985, this Board resolved that the improvements in Subdivision MS 10-84 were completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Peter B.
