THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on March 4, 1986 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for
Faithful Performance, Subdivision MS 10-84, Pacheco Area.
On February 5, 1985, this Board resolved that the improvements
in Subdivision MS 10-84 were completed as provided in the Subdivision
Agreement with Peter B. Bedford and Kirston Bedford and now on the recommen-
dation of the Public Works Director;
The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily
met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion
and acceptance; and
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit
No. 83838, dated September 25, 1984) to Center Avenue Property, pursuant
to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
