TOTAL GRANT: $321,000 BACKGROUND The Urban Systems Technical Advisory Committee (USTAC) composed of City, County and Caltrans engineers, MTC and various transit authorities met on February 7, 1986 and approved the 1986/87 Bicycle/Pedestrian Priority List for Contra Costa County in accordance with Resolution No. 78/505. USTAC recommended the Board of Supervisors approve the list and forward it to MTC for funding allocation. On February 13, 1986, the Priority List was presented to the Contra Costa County Transportation Advisory Committee (CCTAC) . On March 6, 1986, the Contra Costa County Mayors' Conference met and approved the 1986/87 Bicycle/Pedestrian Priority List as recommended by USTAC. Mr. Stan Davis, Public Works Director of the City of Antioch and Chairman of USTAC , recommended the Board approve the Priority List and forward it to MTC.
