HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03251986 - 1.3 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on March 25, 198E by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, �cPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Declaring certain roads as County Roads ) West Pittsburg Area. ) Hanlon Way between Loftus Road and the City of Pittsburg city limits was dedicated to Contra Costa County on the subdivision map for Pittsburg Home Acres Addition No. 3 but was never accepted by the County. This portion of Hanlon Way was a stubbed street until a subdivision within the City of Pittsburg connected to it and made it a collector street. It has been determined that this portion of Hanlon Way is a necessary link for circulation between the County and City road networks, as Tri Delta Transit runs 30 bus trips per day on this roadway. Although this portion of Hanlon Way is not a County maintained road, the County has done maintenance on the road to keep it p ssable. The Public Works Director has advised that the portion of Hanlon Way between Loftus Road and the City of Pittsburg city limits be accepted by Contra Costa County. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road(s) , as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Pittsburg Home Acres Addition No. 3, filed June 2, 1941 , in Book 25 of Maps at page 814, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is ACCEPTE� and DECLARED to be a County Road.
