The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
On May 9, 1978, the Board adopted Resolution No. 78/429 which vacated a
portion of Crow Canyon Road. This Board hereby DETERMINES that said land,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was previously subject to a street,
highway or public service easement, and is no longer needed by the public.
Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355 , and in consideration
of payment of $2,000 which has been paid in full , the Board hereby APPROVES the
sale of said property to Mercer Island Partners II , a California Limited Partner-
ship, and GVL Investors, a California Limited Partnership, as tenants in common
and AUTHORIZES the Chair to sign a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County.
The Real. Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered
to grantee.
The Board hereby FINDS that the project is exempt from Environmental Impact
Report requirements as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County Guidelines
and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the
County Clerk. The project has been determined to conform to the City of San
Ramon General Plan.

PARCEL 1:
State of California, County of Contra Costa, City of San Ramon,
described as follows :
Portion of Crow Canyon Road lying contiguous to the Northerly line
of Parcels C and D as said parcels are shown on the Parcel Map
filed February 23 , 1972 in Book 21 of Parcel Maps, at page 3 ,
Records of Contra Costa County, California, more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning on the Northerly line of said Parcel C at the north-
easterly corner of Parcel B of said Parcel Map (21 PM 3) ; thence,
from said point of beginning along said northerly line of Parcel C
(21 PM 3) south 60 degrees 40 minutes 08 seconds East, 6. 13 feet; ,
-thence, South 64 degrees 39 minutes 08 seconds East, 80.18 feet;
thence, South 85 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East, 266.79 feet
to the Northerly line of said Parcel 0; thence, along'said northerly
line of Parcel D, South 85 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East, 242. 39
feet; thence, North 59 degrees 07 minutes 17 seconds East, 200 . 67 feet
to a point on a line parallel with and 53. 00 feet southerly, measured

South 79 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds west, 1. 47 feet; thence,
westerly along a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of
2 ,053.21 feet; through a central angle of 12 degrees 01 minutes 57
seconds, an arc distance of 431.19 feet; thence, tangent to said
curve North 88 degrees 17 minutes 13 seconds West, 326.92 feet to
the point of, beginning.
Excepting therefrom all that portion lying within the lines of
' Parcel A as shown ontithe minor Subdivison 30-80 filed September 26,
1980, Book 89. of Parcel Maps; Page 41, Contra Costa County Records.

All that certain real property hereinafter described,. being a
portion of Crow Canyon Road right of way as shown on the Parcel
Map filed February 23, 1972, in Book 21 of Parcel Maps, at Page 3,
Contra Costa County Records, further described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Parcel "D" as shown on
said Parcel Map (21 PM 3) ; thence along the Northerly line of said
Parcel D (21 P14 -3) - South 85 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East 179. 87
feet to the true point of beginning; thence from the true point of
beginning South 85 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East 21.25 feet;
thence South 05 degrees 28 minutes 27 seconds East 20.95 feet;
thence North 45 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West 32.40 feet to
the true point of beginning.
Containing an area of 219 square feet ( . 005 acres) more or less.
