SUBJECT: Approval of Extension of Road Improvement Agreement, Subdivision
MS 76-79, E1 Sobrante Area.
The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized
to execute an agreement extending the Road Improvement Agreement between
Kathy A. Corey and the County for construction of certain improvements in
Subdivision MS 76-79, E1 Sobrante area, through April 5, 1986;
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED.
