SUBJECT: REVENUE LEASE FOR PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS B, G, AND THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
AT GEORGE MILLER, JR. MEMORIAL CENTER, 3020 GRANT STREET, CONCORD, TO THE
CONTRA COSTA CHILDREN'S COUNCIL
SPECIFIC QUE S RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGR U D AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to
on be al of the County, a revenue Lease commencing November 21, 1985,
with Contra Costa Children's Council for several rooms in Buildings B, G, and the
Administration Building at 3020 Grant Street, Concord, for office use under the
terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Revenues are credited to the Health Services budget.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide office space not required for
County use to a tenant compatible with the operations of the Center.
