RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT:
It intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by
eminent domain of real property in the Martinez area, for an underground storm
drainline, a public improvement, which property is more particularly described in
Appendix "A" attached hereto.
This Board will meet on June 25, 1985, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's
Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California,
to hear those persons whose property is to be acquired and whose names and
addresses appear on the last equalized County assessment roll , and to consider
the adoption of the Resolution. The Contra Costa County Real Property Division is
DIRECTED to send the following notice to each such person by first-class mail :
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention
to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of
real property in the Martinez area; for an underground storm drainline, a public
improvement , which property is more particularly described in Appendix "A:'
attached hereto. The Board will "meet on June 25, 1985, at 10:30 a.m. in the
Board ' s Chambers at 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consider the
adoption of the Resolution. Each person whose property is to be acquired and
whose name and address appears on the last equalized County assessment roll has
the right to appear at such hearing and be heard on:
1. Whether the public interest and necessity require the project;
and
2. Whether the project is planned and located in the manner that
will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the
least private injury; and
3. Whether the property sought to be acquired is necessary for the
project; and
4. Whether the offer of just compensation required by Section 7267.2
of the Government Code has been made to the owner of record.

PARCEL 1305
A portion of that parcel of land described in the deed to Dennis E. Wilson and
Kimberland M. Wilson, his wife, recorded Auoust 24, 1981 in Book 104F1 of
Official Records at page 32.2, Records of Contra Costa County, California,
described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width the easterly line of which is descrihed as
follows:
Beoinninq at the most easterly corner of said Parcel 00451. OR 3221; thence
along the easterly line of said Parcel (10461. OR 3221 North 190 03' 35" West
80.00 feet to a point which shall hereinafter he referred to as Point "A".
A strip of land 7.00 feet in width the easterly line of which is descrihed as
follows:
Beginning at said Point "A". thence continuing along said easterly line North
190 03' 35" West 38.?9 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be referred .to
as Point "B".
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width the easterly line of which is descrihed as
follows:
Beginning at said Point "B", thence continuing alonq said easterly line North

A strip of lana 5.00 in width lying westerly of and immediately adJacent to
the westerly line of the above descrihed strip of land between the easternmost
and the northernmost corner of the said Wilson parcel of land (10461 OR 372) .
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all of the 5.40 feet in width strip of land descrihed in
Parcel 13057 which lies between the above Hescrihed Points "A" and "B" as said
Points are described in the ahove PARCEL 1305.

follows:
Commencing at the most southeasterly corner of Lot 6 as shown on the mar) of
Block 48 (14 M 2991 ; thence along the easterly line of said Lot 6 North 00 26' 14"
West 0.40 feet to the point of heginninq for the herein descrihed strip of land;
thence South 720 22' 23"west 117.30 feet; thence South 680 37'471, West 969.74
feet; thence South 750 43' 08" West 61 .46 feet to a ooint on the southwesterly
line of Lot I as shown on said map of Block 55 (1.5 M 3031 , said point also heinq
the southerly terminus of the herein descrihed strio of land, said point also
bearing South 680 03' 00" East, 3.39 feet from the most westerly corner of said

westerly line of Lot 17 as shown on said mar) of Block 48 (14 M 299) ,
Excepting therefrom: The oarcel of land described in the memorandum agreement
of sale to Lawrence E. Munn recorded May ?6, 1987 in Book 10792 of Official
Records at Paqe 76?, the parcel of land described in the deed to Kenyon D. De
Vaney and Lynn M. De Vanev his wife, recorded Seotemher 16, 1483 in Book 1.1444 of
Official Records at Page 667 Records of said County, and Lot 1.5, Block 45 (14 M
