SUBJECT: OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT FOR DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND PUBLIC. DEFENDER
SPECIFIC REQUESTS S OR RECOMMENDATION(S) BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairwoman of the Board of-- Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on be a f of the County, an Occupancy Agreement commencing June 18,
1985, with Willow Pass Associates, Ltd. for the premises at 3024 Willow Pass
Road, Concord, for occupancy by the District Attorney and Public Defender, under
the terms and conditions more particularly set fotth in said Occupancy Agreement.
II. Financial Impact: None.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide for County occupancy of premises
at 302 ow Pass Road, Concord, without accepting the HVAC system, but with
Lessor's guarantee that the system as installed will meet County's comfort and
performance standards.
