Alternatives (BWA) relative to the acquisition of real property located at 127 Aspen Drive, Pacheco,. California. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND: On April 30, 1985, the Board 'approved"the Eleventh Year (1985-1986). Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG') project .agreement with expanded Battered . Women's Alternatives for the acquisition of a building to accomodate expanded battered women's services. HUD allows non-profit organizations to hold title to property acquired for eligibleactivities. The agreement with BWA requires a "Deed of Development Rights" be conveyed.•to the County for property acquired with CDBG funds.
