At 1 : 30 P .M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street , Martinez . The .following Board members attended the closed session. Supervisor Nancy Fanden , Chairwoman Supervisor Tom Powers Supervisor Robert Schroder Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak Supervisor Tom Torlakson At 2: 40 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - May 14 , 1985 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1. This Board will hold a closed session with Counsel to receive confidential legal advice subject to the attorney- client privilege (Evid.Code §§950 ff. ) . C-1. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation ,pursuant to Government Code §54956. 9 , subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated . formally. To state the title would jeopardize the Board' s ability to conclude existing settlement nego- tiations to its advantage. C-2. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally.
