Development , 354 Bay Crest , Pittsburg 94565 , soliciting
support from the Board of Supervisors to stop construction
on the proposed Dow Chemical toxic waste incinerator in
the East County area .

Residents Association, expressing opposition to the pro-
posed CALTRANS Olympic and South Main "Rudgear" ramp plan,
and requesting the Board to take a position in opposition
to the proposal .
