SUBJECT: Approval of Unpaid Student Training Agreement #22-162-1
with University of. California, San Francisco
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve and authorize the Chairwoman to execute on behalf of the County, Unpaid
Student Training Agreement #22-162-1 with University of California, San Francisco
for the period -July 1, 1985 - June 30, 1989 .for field instruction in public health
nursing. -
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None j
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND:
.On April 13, 1982 the Board approved Unpaid Student Training Agreement #22-162 with
University of California, San Francisco. Unpaid Student Training Agreement
#22-162-1 continues this field instruction and experience in public health nursing
for University of California, San Francisco students through June 30, 1989.
The Agreement is prepared in the standard format approved by County Counsel's
Office and has been executed by the University.
The Chairwoman should sign three copies of the agreement, two of which should be
returned to the Contracts and Grants Unit for delivery to the University of
California, San Francisco.
