Sec. 25526.5 Project No. 7393-6X5227 ) Discovery Bay Area ) The Board of Supervisors, as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Sanitation District .No.. 19 RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County Sanitation District No. 19 has previously acquired an easement for sanitary sewer pipe and access purposes as described in the Easement recorded on June 20, 1972 in Book 6678, Page 350, Official records of Contra Costa County. A portion of said easement is described in Exhibit "A" attached to this resolution. New Discovery, Inc. has requested that the above-described portion- owned by the District be exchanged for an easement of comparable value to be conveyed by said property owner. The easement offered in exchange is described in Exhibit "B" attached to this Resolution. The easement described in Exhibit "A" now owned by the District is no longer necessary for District or other public purposes and the Board so FINDS. The County Principal Real Property Agent reports that the value of the easement now owned by the District does not exceed $10,000 and the Board so FINDS. The Board hereby APPROVES the exchange of easements described in this Resolution, and the Chairwoman of the Board is . AUTHORIZED to execute a — Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the District releasing the easement described in Exhibit "A" now owned by the District. The Board hereby DETERMINES this exchange is exempt from Government Code Sec. 65402 review and from the California Environmental Quality Act as it can be seen with certainty the project will not have a significant impact on the environment. The Grant of Easement from New Discovery, Inc. is hereby ACCEPTED and the Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said document recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
