94565, informing the Board that the Board of Directors of
the Alliance has voted unanimously to oppose any develop-
ment proposals in West Pittsburg that do not conform with
the West Pittsburg General Plan.

3.2 Letter dated March 18, 1985 from James M. Fales , City

Park Development Subdivision Fees collected by the County

about the budget for Fiscal Year 1986 and , as a member of
the Budget Committee , promising to push his "Pay As You Go"
budget to hold spending where it is , and requesting the
Board to inform him of its position on this matter.
