District (EBMUD) , 2130 Adeline Street , P.O. Box 24055,
Oakland 94623, transmitting copies of various reports sub-
mitted by EBMUD to the State Water Resources Control Board
in connection with the proposed use of the American River
as the District's future water supply source .

advising that the City Council supports in principle the
creation of a countywide transportation commission, and

ship requirements .

percent , and inviting comments for presentation at the
hearing to be held on May 149 1985 in Sacramento.

policy statement against apartheid in South Africa, com-
menting on various national and ethnic groups , and urging
the Board to adopt a resolution condemning the diminishment
of human dignity around the world.
