SUBJECT: LEASE RENEWAL - 315 DIABLO ROAD, SUITE 111, DANVILLE,
SUPERVISOR, DISTRICT III
BACKGROUNDSPECIFIC REQUESTS(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & U
I. Recommended Action: Authorize the Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors to
execute, on behalf of the County, a Lease commencing April 1 , 1985, with Harbor
Properties, Inc. for the premises at 315 Diablo Road, Suite 111 , Danville, for
continued occupancy by the Supervisor, District III , under the terms and conditions
as more particularly set forth in said lease.
II. Financial Impact: Rent increase of $130.00 per month
III. Reasons for Recommendations: This agreement provides for continued occupancy as
requested by the Supervisor, District III , with a cancellation available to the
County after December 31, 1985.
IV. Background: This agreement renews the previous Lease executed by the Board of
Supervisors on March 16, 1982.
V. Consequences of Negative Action: Alternative space would be needed with related
moving costs should this Lease not be executed.
