This class is not exempt from overtime. Amend Resolution 71/17 establishing positions and resolutions allocating classes to the Basic/Exempt Salary Schedule, as described above. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None. SUBJECT: In the Matter of Implementation of the Deep Class of Administrative RESOLUTION NO. 85/118 Intern. 1. Whereas, the Board of Supervisors has enacted Resolution 83/1, as amended, referred to as the Salary Regulations, and Section 20 of that Resolution relates to the compensation and terms and conditions of employment for deep classes; BE IT BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that effective March 6, 1985, the following provisions are applicable for the deep class of Administrative Intern: 2. Salary Range: The compensation for this deep class shall be set by the Board of Supervisors and reviewed periodically. 3. Appointment: The appointing authority may make a limited-term appointment of an Administrative Intern at the hourly equivalent of any level in the 26 step salary range. 4.
