HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03261985 - 1.7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on March 26, 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map ) RESOLUTION NO. 85/147 and Subdivision Agreement ) for Subdivision MS 42-84 1 Walnut Creek Area. 1 ) The following documents were presented for Board avvroval this date: The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 42-84, property located in the Walnut Creek area, said map having been certified by the Drover officials; A Subdivision Agreement with AEN One Associates, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the comoletion of road and drainage improve- ments as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 90219, dated March 7, 1985) in the amount of $1,000 made by AEN One Associates. B. Additional security in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's Devosit Permit No.90219, dated March 7, 1985) in the amount of $6,800 ($4,200 for faithful performance and, $2,600 for labor and materials) made by AEN One Associates. .", II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1984-85 tax lien has been Daid in full and the 1985-86 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1985, is estimated to be $2,500; III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 90185, dated March 6, 1985) made by AEN One Associates in the amount of $2,500 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that .said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to he con- sistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Aqreement is also APPROVED. Assessor' s Parcel No. 188-241-016. The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with AEN One Associates, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision 42-84. This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improve- ments along Crest Avenue north of Tice Valley Boulevard in the Walnut Creek area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
