SUBJECT: Authorize Contract Change Order, Assessment District 1981-1 ,
Work Order No. 5474, Danville/San Ramon Area.
The Public Works Director has recommended the initiation of
Contract Change Order No. 13 for Assessment District 1981-1 in the amount
of $44,552.50 to compensate the contractor, Gallagher and Burk, for
additional curb and sidewalk work on San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
The Public Works Director has reported that said change order
and previous change orders collectively exceed $25,000.00.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to execute the contract change order.
