The following Board members attended the closed session . Supervisor Nancy Fanden , Chairwoman Supervisor Tom Powers Supervisor Robert Schroder Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak Supervisor Tom Torlakson At 2: 30 P .M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. i CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - March 19, 1985 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. I B-1. This Board will hold a closed session with Counsel to receive confidential legal advice subject to the attorney-client privilege (Evid. Code §§950 ff. ) . C-1. This Board will hold a closed session to give instructions to its negotiators regarding real property. The real property is owned by the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) and lying within the approved right of way for Oak Road in the Pleasant Hill BART Redevelopment Project Area. The person(s) with whom the negotiator may negotiate are representatives of BART. C-2 . This Board will hold a closed session to give instructions to its negotiators regarding real property. The real property is located at 331 Brookside Drive (corner of 3rd Street) Richmond, California and is Assessor' s Parcel No. 408-201-009. The person (s) with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Wilfred Holden (for Louis A. and Marietta L. Filice) .
