95814 , transmitting a report classifying sand and gravel
resources in the South San Francisco Bay and production-
consumption region , and a copy of said Board' s "Guidelines
and Mineral Resource Management" .

requesting that parkland dedication funds collected in
the Clayton Valley area be transferred to the City of
Concord , to be used for capital improvement projects in
Newhall Park .

1985, with proceeds going toward paying off the debt
incurred by the fire at St . Patrick' s School .
