(LAFC 84-40-J) ) RESOLUTION NO. - 85/129.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:

The subject Reorganization was initiated by Resolution of
the Central Cohtra Costa Sanitary District (CCCSD) for annex-
ation of territory to the District, filed with the Executive
Officer of LAFCO on November 29 , 1984 . LAFCO thereafter modi-
fied the proposal to contain the following concurrent changes
of organization:
1. Annexation to CCCSD
2. Annexation to CSA R-7
3. Annexation to CSA L-42
The reason for this Reorganization is to provide sanitation,
street lighting, and park and recreation service for the affected
territory.
The subject Reorganization has been designated by the Local
Agency Formation Commission as "Canyon Lakes 90-3 Boundary
Reorganization" (LAFC 84-40-J) .
As determined by thLo 1 Agency Formation 'Commission, the
territory proposed to be MW- a is legally uninhabited and is
located entirely within Contra Costa County.
This Reorganization was approved by the Local Agency Formation
Commission on February 13 , 1985 subject to the condition that the
territory proposed to be � be as described in Exhibit "A" , a-1
attached hereto.
At 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 1985, in the Board of
Supervisors Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez,
California, this Board held a public hearing on the proposed
Reorganization. At that time, all interested persons or taxpayers,
for or against the proposed Reorganization were heard and any
protests received.
In accordance ,with the provisions of Government Code §56438,
this Board hereby finds that there were not sufficient protests
filed to require an election and orders the Reorganization without
election but subject to any conditions imposed by the Local Agency
Formation Commission.

The Clerk of this Board 'shall forthwith transmit a certified
copy of this Resolution, alongwith a remittance to cover any
applicable fees as provided by, Section 56450 of the Government Code,
to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission.

CSA L-43 (LAFC 85-1) ) RESOLUTION NO. 85/128
RESOLUTION OF PROCEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION
AND ORDERING ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SERVICE
AREA WITHOUT HEARING OR ELECTION
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
This Annexation was proposed by the Landowners of the subject
area by application filed with the Executive Officer of the Local
Agency Formation Commission on January 15, 1985. ' The reason for the
proposed Annexation is to provide the area to be annexed with street
lighting services.
On February 13, 1985, the Local Agency Formation Commission
approved the proposal for the aforesaid Annexation, subject to the
condition that the exterior boundaries of the territory proposed to
be annexed be as described in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein. Said Commission also found the
territory proposed for annexation to be legally uninhabited, assigned
the proposal the designation of "Subdivision 6333 Annexation to
County Service Area L-43 (LAFC 85-1) " , and authorized the Annexation
without notice and hearing by this Board.
This Board hereby finds that this proposed Annexation is in the
best interest of the people of County Service Area L-43 and of the
territory to be annexed, that no landowner therein filed a written
protest, and that all landowners in the affected area have consented
in writing to the proposed Annexation. This Board hereby ORDERS
this Annexation without hearing, without election, and without
being subject to confirmation by the voters..
The Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this Resolution
along with the appropriate fees to the Executive Officer of the
Local Agency Foramtion Commission, in accordance with Government
Code 956450.
