WHEREAS Resolution No. 74/347 created the Contra Costa County Urban
System Technical Advisory Committee for the evaluation and processing
of proposed projects on the Urban Road System; and
WHEREAS it was ruled that before the submittal of any project can
be accepted, the Governing Body submitting it must indicate its intention
to fund its share of the project costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board affirms its intention
to provide the County's share of the costs of the following projects
if Federal Aid Urban System funds become available for them.
