SUBJECT: Declarinq and Accepting Portion of
County Property for Highway Purposes
Concord Avenue

Concord Area
The Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
The parcel of land described Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof,
is a portion of the real property acquired for the Buchanan Field Airport and is
owned by Contra Costa County.
The County has established the necessity of widening Concord Avenue, presently
a County road, over said County property.
This Board deems it in the best interest of the County that the land described
in Exhibit "A" be and is hereby DECLARED to be a public highway and is ACCEPTED into
the County road system.
The Public Works Department, Real Property Division, is DIRECTED to cause a
certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
I hereby certttp that this Is a true NW conedcopy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

Right of way
A portion of Rancho Monte del Diablo described as follows;
Commencing at the intersection of the northerly line of the State of California
Parcel 2 as described in the deed to the State of California, recorded January
28, 1965 in Volume 4793 of Official Records of Contra Costa County at page
580, with the southerly line of Concord Avenue; thence along said northerly
line South 500 12' 23" West, 12.96 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
South 500 12' 23" West, 198.23 feet; thence South 530 08' 46" West, 127.01
feet; thence leaving said northerly line, North 480 22' 21" East, 273.72
feet; thence North 660 43' 44" East, 53.71 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 0.068 acres, more or less.
