THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION N0. 84/ X66
SUBJECT: In the Matter of Approving Plans and Specifications for 1984
Slurry Seal Project, Project No. 0672-6U2126-84, Lafayette, Pleasant
Hill , Alamo, and Danville Areas.
The Public Works Director has filed this day with the Board of Super-
visors, Plans and Specifications for 1984 Slurry Seal Project.
The general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum
rates paid on this project, have been filed with the Clerk of this Board
and copies will be made available to any interested party upon request.
The estimated contract cost of the project is $227,000.
It has been determined that this project is exempt from CEQA requirements
as a Class 1C Categorical Exemption under County guidelines . The Board
hereby concurs in said determination.
IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that this project and said Plans and
Specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received
on Thursday, July 26, 1984 at 2:00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board
is directed to publish Notice to Contractors in accordance with Section
1072 of the Streets and Highways Code, inviting bids for said work, said
Notice to be published in the VALLEY PIONEER.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Director is DIRECTED to
file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
