Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1983-84 tax lien has been paid in full and that the 1984-85 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1984, is estimated to be $7,100: II. Assessor's Parcel No. 206-030-024. The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Nolan C. and Marian Sharp, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 28-81. This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of private improvements off Camino Tassajara which is located approximately 1 mile west of Finley Road in the Tassajara area.
