THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on June 19, 1984 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for
Faithful Performance, Subdivision 5612, San Ramon Area.
On October 26, 1982, this Board resolved that the improvements
in Subdivision 5612 were completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement
with Multi-Realty and Management Company.
The jurisdiction over this development passed to the City of
San Ramon upon its incorporation, effective July 1, 1983.
On June 12, 1984, the City Council found that the improvements
had satisfactorily met the performance standards for one year after completion
and acceptance.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to refund the $2,700 cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit
No. 32361, dated July 23, 1980) to Terra West Construction, pursuant
to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
