HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06121984 - X.3 i THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 12, 1984 by the following vote: AYES• Supervisors Powers , Fanden , Schroder, NicPeak , Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/343 and Subdivision Agreement ) for Subdivision 6060 ) Martinez Area. ) s The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6060, property located in the Martinez area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with Ronald L. Carter, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improve- ments as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 79740, dated June 6, 1984) in the amount of $1,000 made by Ronald L. Carter. B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated June 6, 1984, and issued by Developer' s Insurance Company (Bond No. 800797-S) with Ronald L. Carter as principal, in the amount of $36,900 for faithful performance and $18,950 for labor and materials. II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1983-84 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1984-85 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1984, is estimated to be $3,000; III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a surety bond, No. U510505, issued by United Pacific Insurance Company with Ronald L. Assessor' s Parcel No. 367-140-002. The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with The Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision 6060. This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Alhambra Valley Road which is located north of Briones Valley Road in the Martinez area.
