HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06121984 - 1.9 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 12, 1984 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit under the Road Improvement Agreement for LUP 2012-80, Alamo Area. On April 5, 1983, this Board resolved that the improvements for LUP 2012-80 were completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Del Prado Company, and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AMORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 40208, dated April 15, 1981) to The Alamo Partnership , pursuant to the Road Improvement Agreement and Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406.
